I fixed the shout-box archive it will hold shouts for viewing for 72 hrs, instead of 24 hrs. Also the shout box will now store 50 shouts before moving them and storing them into the site database. I'm also working on disabling the sound and increasing the size of the window a little to make it easier to keep track of a conversation and i want to get it to post the new messages at the top so that the older ones scroll down automatically.
