Shout-box sound disabled

As the title states i have finally managed to rewrite the config.php files in the shout-box to disable the sound files. So for all of you that didn't like the sounds they are now eliminated.

Your welcome its only disabled for the shout-box, the chat-box pop up has an option in the lower right corner to disable the sounds.

I just noticed this lol, i always have my sound off because of the annoying beeps and bongs
